Step 1: Estimate the cost of constructing a prefabricated house

In order for us to be able to estimate costs most accurately, Hoang Sa Viet Construction needs customers to provide some basic information as follows:

First is the construction area and number of floors that the customer wants. Please provide the width (m) x depth (m) of the house and the estimated number of floors. This area will help us better understand the scale and spatial planning of the project.

Second is the usability of the house. Customers need to determine the number of bedrooms, number of toilets, kitchen area, living room, worship room,... and any other space you want in your house. This helps us determine the most reasonable and effective layout of rooms and amenities.

Third is the building design. Customers can choose one of our available house models, which are attached on the screen. We have carefully researched and mass-produced these house models, not only saving time but also minimizing costs, especially additional costs. Step 2: Implement the design contract

After you have carefully considered and found that the price provided by Hoang Sa Viet Construction is reasonable and suitable for your budget, you can decide to implement the project. At that time, Hoang Sa Viet Construction and the customer will sign a contract to design the premises and functions. This process will be completed within 3 working days.

In a custom floor design contract, customers will have the opportunity to edit the design up to 3 times, ensuring that every detail is complete and in accordance with your wishes. In addition, customers will receive a free 3D perspective design, helping to better visualize the house in reality. The deposit cost for the design contract will range from 1-2% of the estimated value that we previously reported.

After completing and finalizing the floor design and functions, we will update the price quote based on the finalized information. When customers feel the price is reasonable and meets their needs, we will sign a production and construction contract to begin project implementation.

Customers should note that the initial deposit cost in the site design and function contract will be refunded if the customer decides to close the construction contract. This ensures that you will not incur any unnecessary fees, and demonstrates our commitment to providing a quality and transparent service.

Step 3: Deploy production contracts

After completing and finalizing the site design and functions, we will proceed to sign the production and construction contract. At this time, the customer will advance the company 10% of the value based on the total price that the two parties signed in the contract . This is an important step to start the production process (this process takes place within 5 working days).

Next, we will proceed to make production drawings. This drawing helps both parties accurately control quantity and quality, to avoid unnecessary problems and save construction time. Once the production and construction drawings have been completed, both parties will agree and sign directly on the drawings. This ensures consistency during project implementation.

This process not only helps ensure accuracy and consistency in construction but also creates trust and transparency between Hoang Sa Viet Construction and customers. Step 4: Advance and construction process

After agreeing on the production drawings, we will proceed to finalize the items according to the drawings. If there are any costs incurred at the customer's request, the two parties will create a contract appendix to record and agree on those additional costs. This addendum ensures that all additional costs are agreed in a clear and transparent manner. After completing these steps, we will move to the construction phase .

The payment process will be divided into 4 specific stages as follows:

Phase 1 : Customers will advance 30% of the signed contract value so that we can produce and process materials at the factory. This process will take place within 5 working days.

Phase 2 : After completing the work at the workshop, we will notify and deliver materials to the construction site. At this time, customers will pay an additional 20% of the signed contract value.

Stage 3 : After we complete the installation of the frame and exterior walls for the house, customers will continue to pay 20% of the contract value.

Stage 4 : Customers will pay the entire remaining amount , including amounts arising in the contract appendix if any, after the project has been accepted and put into use.

For electrical wiring, water systems, electrical cables, and water supply lines, we provide a 12-month warranty.
